Our Sawn Oak railway sleepers offer an alternative to traditional softwood railway sleepers. Termed as railway sleepers from their past uses in railway line construction, these chunky pieces of timber provide a simple but aesthetically effective way to produce garden walls, planters and borders.

Please be aware that fresh sawn oak is liable to move as it dries out, so may not be suitable for some applications.
