Liberon Quick Drying Tung Oil is a high-quality natural wood oil designed to protect and enhance both interior and exterior timber.

It penetrates into the wood rather than simply sitting on the surface, helping to protect the timber while enhancing its natural colour and grain. Once dry, it provides a hard-wearing matt finish that is resistant to water, alcohol and food acids.

The quick-drying formulation makes it particularly useful for projects where you want to build up several coats without waiting a full day between each application. Each coat dries in approximately 4 hours, with a minimum of four coats recommended on most woods.

Quick Drying Wood Oil

Unlike traditional Tung Oil, the Quick Drying formulation allows additional coats to be applied after around 4 hours, making it a practical choice for projects that need to be completed more quickly.

For best results, apply to clean, dry and bare timber. Apply the oil with a brush or lint-free cloth, allow it to penetrate for around 20 minutes and then wipe away any excess with a clean cloth. Libéron recommends at least four coats on most woods. Allow 24 hours for the final coat to fully dry.
